According to research by Stack Overflow, development in Poland is about half cheaper than for example in UK or Canada and ab. 30% cheaper than in Sweden or Netherlands.

2. Highly qualified IT employees

Ab. 25 000 students start IT studies every year, and Śląskie (with capital in Katowice) is the 3rd voivodship with the biggest number of them. Polish programmers are also amongst the most active members of the professional on-line communities, constantly developing their skills and sharing knowledge with others.

3. Polish programmers are scoring high in international IT contests and ranks

According to HackerRank, Polish developers are 3rd best in the world, just after Chinese and Russians. We have also achieved success in international programming contests such as Microsoft Imagine Cup or Google Code Jam.

4. No cultural or language gap

Poland is situated in the Central East Europe and has always headed towards Western culture and standards.
